Mike Corn

CEO and Co-Founder

Mike is an entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience in credit union and real estate-related ventures as well as technology start-ups. As the CEO, Mike drives the vision for the company as well as oversees the operations in technology, finance and human resources. When he co-founded CU Realty Services in 2001, he led the development of the first home search engine to access and display listings from the Phoenix MLS. Prior to starting the company, he was the Founder and President of MC2, a Phoenix-based firm delivering high-level IT design, development, project management and outsourcing solutions to Fortune 1000 companies such as American Express, Motorola, Allied Signal, Intel and Wells Fargo. MC2 was sold to Compuware in 1997. He received his bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Arizona.

Tina Powers

COO

Tina is an accomplished business leader with more than 25 years of experience in real estate. As the COO, she is responsible for the overall sales strategy, driving awareness and engagement with our credit union partners. She has been instrumental in expanding CU Realty Service’s national footprint and helping credit unions build better connections with their members. Prior to joining CU Realty Services, she worked with the top sales team at RE/MAX Integrity Realtors®, where she was responsible for business strategies, training, motivation, process improvements, and systems implementation. She is a licensed real estate broker in the state of California and holds a real estate license in the state of Arizona.

Craig Davis

Broker and Co-Founder

Craig is an experienced real estate entrepreneur and investor, as well as Co-Founder of CU Realty Services. Prior to CU Realty, he founded GHR Securities, Inc., where he also served as Financial and Operations Principal and oversaw organization management, marketing and administration. Craig has syndicated various land acquisitions, restaurants and golf courses. He began his career in real estate in 1974, listing and selling homes in the Phoenix area and obtained his state of Arizona broker’s license in 1979. In addition, he currently holds broker’s licenses in the states of Colorado, Ohio, Michigan, New York, Virginia, Maryland, Florida, New Mexico and Alabama.

Jo Ann E Cain, CPA

CFO

Jo Ann E Cain, CPA, is a senior finance executive with more than 20 years of experience in strategic, operational and financial leadership positions. Jo Ann joined CU Realty Services as CFO in 2016 and is responsible for all aspects of accounting, finance, treasury, and human resource functions. Jo Ann began her career in public accounting at KPMG. She has since held finance leadership positions at various companies including Campbell Soup Company and ARAMARK. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from Arizona State University, and an MDA from Brenau University.

David Gray

CXO

David is a tenured leader with over 25 years of experience leading teams and technology in the real estate industry. As the CXO, he has the responsibility of enhancing the experience and interactions between our clients, their members and our technology. Prior to joining CU Realty in 2019, David was with Xome Inc, a subsidiary of Mr. Cooper, where as vice president of product development, he oversaw development of digital transaction management, customer relationship management (CRM) and real estate agent mobile technology platforms. He also served as vice president of client development, managing relationships with loanDepot, Bank of America and Mr. Cooper. Additionally, David has held leadership positions at Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, Move.com (Realtor.com) and participated in a number of start-up ventures. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University.

Tandy Vincent

Director of Marketing

Tandy joined CU Realty Services in 2004 and has more than 25 years of marketing and sales experience. As Director of Marketing, she is responsible for driving awareness, engagement and momentum for the CUSO, as well as the overall sales and marketing strategy. Prior to CU Realty, Tandy held marketing and public relations positions with various high-tech and healthcare companies. She graduated from Louisiana State University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and public relations.

Deborah Jones

Director of New Business Development

Deborah has over 30 years of experience in the credit union industry and began working at CU Realty Services in 2003. In this role, she is responsible for expanding the HomeAdvantage footprint to new credit unions and CUSO’s across the United States. Prior to CU Realty, she was Vice President of Pantea Consulting and Senior Vice President of Strategic Development with Member Gateways, LLC. She was also with BECU and BECU Financial Services for 18 years, where she last held the position of COO. Deborah attended Green River College in Auburn, Washington.

Jeff Martin

Director of Account Managementt

Jeff has over 30 years of experience working in credit union, mortgage, lending and CUSO organizations in a variety of business development positions. He has been a top-producing Account Manager in the Midwest Region since he joined CU Realty in 2013. As CU Realty Services’ Director of Account Management, Jeff is responsible for overseeing our Account Managers and ensuring that CU Realty is building strong, successful client relationships. He has a background in sales and marketing, working with firms such as KAR Auction Services, GMAC Mortgage, NuMark Credit Union, and CU Direct. Jeff is based in the Chicago area and holds a bachelor’s degree from Valparaiso University.

Kelly Edel

Director of Operations

Kelly has over 30 years of support and account management experience and joined CU Realty Services in 2005. As the Director of Operations, overseeing Agent Services, Member Services and Closing/Finance Departments, she leverages leadership and teamwork skills to execute strategies that drive successful agent relationships, member engagement and a high level of satisfaction to all parties at close. Kelly began her career with Farmers Insurance Group in 1983, and has held technical, support and account management positions at companies such as Salt River Project, Ryobi Manufacturing and MTD Southwest.

Michelle Knight

Director of Human Resources

Michelle is a SHRM-SCP, Senior Certified Professional with over 15 years of experience managing human resources and payroll functions. Since joining CU Realty in 2018, she has been responsible for overseeing compensation and benefits, employee relations, recruitment, training and organizational development. Prior to CU Realty, Michelle held HR leadership positions within hospitality, healthcare and medical device industries. She graduated from Concordia University, St. Paul with a degree in Human Resource Management.

Heather Thornton

Agent Services Manager

Heather has been working in the real estate industry since 2003 and began her career at CU Realty Services in January 2018. She is responsible for managing the Agent Services department, which includes recruitment and acquisition of new agent partners, managing performance and relationships with the agents and brokers in the HomeAdvantage agent network. Before joining CU Realty, Heather held management positions with the Arizona Association of REALTORS, SouthEast Valley Regional Association of REALTORS, and RE/MAX Classic. Heather attended Scottsdale Community College and holds a real estate license in the state of Arizona.

Sheena Jones

Member Concierge Manager

Sheena has over 13 years of experience working in administration and customer service and began working at CU Realty in 2011. Starting as a Junior Member Service Representative, Sheena has worked her way up to her current position. As Member Concierge Manager, Sheena is responsible for ensuring high service levels within the Member Concierge team and executing strategies that drive successful, full-funnel member engagement and lead conversion. Her upbeat attitude helps keep her team motivated and working toward their goals.

Barry Plumb

IT Manager

Barry has more than 25 years of experience in software engineering and solutions management. He was named IT Manager for CU Realty Services in 2013 and is responsible for software development, application development, technical architecture, and operational systems. Prior to joining CU Realty, he held software development and engineering positions with various technology and real estate companies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa.
